If you follow the instructor’s guidance, you should not run into any issues. That said, clay is a fragile material and kiln firing always carries some level of risk, so nothing can be guaranteed. We review any cracks or breaks on a case by case basis, but we are not responsible for damage that occurs during the process and are unable to offer refunds.
