Favorite Thing to Make:

My current practice is focused on sgraffito of birds and nature scenes. I also keep a couple sculptures in the works that highlight the connection between human and nature.

Fun Fact:

I enjoy writing poems. I have two journals full of them.

A Bit About Me:

Lily has called Denver home for the past three years, though she is originally from the Midwest. She has been working with clay for nearly 12 years, ever since her very first ceramics class in high school. She went on to earn a degree in art education and art therapy, and is now a licensed K-12 art educator. Lily loves welcoming people into the clay world, watching them take on the challenge of the wheel and embrace learning something new.
