SIP AND THROW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Sip and Throw! By booking classes, attending events, or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

 

GENERAL CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans change! Here's what you can expect regarding cancellations and refunds:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before class may be rescheduled once, but are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

  • Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable except in extraordinary circumstances, at the sole discretion of Sip and Throw management.

 

PRIVATE EVENT & GROUP BOOKING POLICY

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your private event or group reservation.

  • Rescheduling is permitted with 7 days’ notice or more. Your deposit can be applied to a future date.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

 

PHOTOGRAPH / VIDEO USAGE POLICY

By participating in Sip and Throw activities, you agree that photos or videos taken during classes or events may be used by Sip and Throw for promotional purposes (social media, marketing, website, etc.).

If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let our staff know before your session begins, and we will gladly honor your request.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT

We love celebrating your creativity! Tag us @SipAndThrow to be featured on our social channels.

By tagging or posting about Sip and Throw, you grant us permission to share your content unless otherwise specified. We will never repost content that violates community guidelines or includes inappropriate material.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sip and Throw LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

  • Acts or omissions of third parties, including vendors and service providers.

  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to personal data or third-party use of your information.

In all cases, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Sip and Throw in the 12 months prior to the incident.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

By using our services, you agree to hold Sip and Throw harmless from any claims, legal fees, damages, or losses resulting from:

  • Your participation in our classes or events.

  • Any violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

  • Misuse or improper handling of equipment or materials.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS

Sip and Throw reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
